That’s why we present new product created specially for this occasion – long ripening hard cheese with original recipe, developed by masters of Vilkyškių pieninė through several years, and with eloquent title – „Jubiliejinis 1934”.
„Jubiliejinis 1934” is premium quality 12 months ripening hard cheese. Time forms classic bouquet of hazelnuts, dried apricots and sour flavors in this noble ripening cheese. Elegant, balanced, semi-salt taste and solid, brittle texture – this is an expression of the highest quality. If cheese ripens longer, you may feel salt crystals in it, and flavors of dried tropical fruits and buttermilk appear. Cheese „Jubiliejinis 1934”, chopped on big pieces, can be the decoration of set of cheeses served before desserts. If you eat cheese like a snack with wine, it would be appropriate to serve it together with dried fruits, walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds. Thin cheese shavings will properly season pasta dishes, risotto or beef Carpaccio.
